I live locally in Gains Park, and the things that affect you affect me too! I have a background in Telecoms, both in the retail and corporate arenas, and have also worked in the voluntary sector, as well as working in the local community with various charities and community groups, including setting up the Covid-19 Mutual Aid group which supporting residents during the lockdowns.
I grew up in Birmingham and saw first-hand the damage that the Tory/Lib Dem coalition council did with their mismanagement.
My focus if elected is simple. Improving the lives of local residents. Councils should serve their residents, not the other way around. I will listen, and more importantly act.
