Hello my name is Phil Norton I have been chosen to be the Labour candidate for Burnell in the Shropshire  Council elections.
I have been a councillor in Muxton and Donnington Wood and Newport North
from 2000 to 2019 I have had many positions on the council including Deputy Mayor Chairman I am Chairman of the West Midlands Unite the Union Regional Disability committee and was a member Regional Council for industry from 1995 until 2019 I worked for the Ministy of Defence for 35 years I believe that it’s not about me it’s about serving the community and representing the peoples needs
My main concerns are the vulnerable in our society, the elderly, the young, the sick, the homeless and improving mental health facilities and being a true representative of the people
